The goal was to design a front facade that prioritises privacy, while the rear opens up to foster a profound connection between the primary living areas and the lush greenery surrounding the property. Additionally, the design was crafted with the foresight to allow for future expansions without compromising the essence of the original structure.

At the heart of this exceptional ground-floor layout are two striking voids, which serve as pivotal elements that invite an abundance of natural light, refreshing ventilation, and the infusion of greenery. These voids elevate the interior experience, enriching the quality of the living space and connecting it seamlessly with nature.

The thoughtful integration of these voids, combined with a central hall, divides the residence into private and public domains. To the left, the private retreats — bedrooms and bathrooms — are strategically positioned to optimise their views. Bedrooms enjoy peaceful vistas of the rear garden, while discreetly placed windows on the facade offer glimpses of the street from the bathrooms, ensuring privacy without sacrificing light.

On the right, the public areas unfold in generous proportions, offering a harmonious flow of spaces that imbue the home with remarkable flexibility, creating a seamless living experience for its inhabitants.

The inclusion of these voids serves a dual purpose: they enhance the current design while also laying the groundwork for future expansions. This approach allows the house to adapt to evolving needs without losing its original character.

Throughout, the residence strikes a delicate balance between privacy and connectivity, while offering adaptability for future growth.
